UPTET 2015 application process can be online this time too.

UPTET regulatory authority planning to establish online application process for Utter Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2015. Its biggest advantage would be that time period will not be long in computerization of coming application forms.

UPTET regulatory authority has begun preparations for the exam. Examination regulatory authority has submitted proposals to the government in this regard. However, the Basic Education Minister Ramgovind Chowdhury will take the final decision. Preparing to issue orders in this regard shortly, in order to apply for UPTET 2015 process could be started soon.

TET has been essential in School of Basic Education Council for recruitment of teachers. In 2011, UP Secondary Education Council first time organized the UPTET. Secondary education director Sanjay Mohan was arrested after accusation of malpractices in UPTET 2011. UPTET is to be conducted every year. This time, the responsibility of conducting the UPTET examination has been given to he examination regulatory authority, Allahabad. Authority wants to take application form online, but the final decision is taken by the departmental minister.

The validity of UPTET certificate shall be five year. TET pass gonna will be eligible to apply for the teacher recruitment.



UPTET 2015 Minimum Qualifications For Teachers for Class I-V

Minimum Qualifications

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
    OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulation, 2002.
    OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
    OR
  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
    OR
  • Graducation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
